**Job Description:**
As a Practice Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive accounting services to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Managing clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Be the link between clients and other members of staff.
- Chasing clients for books and records information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Confirmation Statement filing, along with other compliance needs, eg. Share Transfers
- Keeping on top of Iris Practice Management
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year’s experience as an Accountant in Practice.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting Iris and Xero software and tools.
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritise tasks effectively.
